• A one year Larco backed warranty for all warrantable defects, which requires the submission of forms at different times during this year,

• A two year Larco backed warranty for the building envelope and systems, and which again requires the submission of a standard form,

• A seven year Tarion Warranty Corporation backed warranty for Major Structural Defects.
